I require a 15 dollar Non-Refundable deposit. If the deposit is sent on cash app it is a dollar extra for processing fees. When sending your Deposits please include your full name and the date and time of your appointment. If the deposit is not sent within 10 minutes of booking your appointment your appointment will be canceled!!!! You will be required to enter a valid debit or credit card when booking you will no be charged its kept on record in case of no shows and last minute cancellations.

You can pay the rest of your amount using cash ( exact amount please unless tipping I usually do not carry cash in me), you can also send it through zelle. If you send via cash app there will be a $3 processing fee.

No Refunds No Exceptions. If there's a problem with your nails I'll do my best to accommodate you but no refund will be given..

Squeeze ins have a 25 dollar fee. Early morning squeezes (before 10am) and late night squeeze ins (after 9pm) are a $40 squeeze in fee. Do not book through this site for squeeze ins, dm me on instagram ! ! !

If you cancel your appointment you will not be able to receive your deposit back as it is non-refundable. You may reschedule once by texting me on Instagram, your deposit will be credited to that rescheduled appointment. The appointment must be rescheduled within that same month. You are not allowed to reschedule the same day of your appointment or within 24 hours prior to your appointment.If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your balance. This also includes cancellation due to you being late to your appointment.

There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes there is a 15 dollar late fee charge. After 15 minutes I will be allowed to cancel your appointment depending on my schedule, which will result with a charge of 50% of your balance. If I decide to keep your appointment it will be a $30 late fee charge after 20 minutes. If you're going to be late please just send me a text if there's no communication of lateness after 10 minutes your appointment is canceled and you are a no call - no show and are banned from booking with me again.

Please come in with a mask and wear it the entire duration of your service. No mask = No Service . If you are feeling ill, I kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment .

-No Guests are allowed, (Absolutely no males allowed!)

-Please use the bathroom before you come, there is no bathroom available at my location.

-Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes to your scheduled appointment. I can not let you in earlier then 5 mins from your appointed time. (depending on my schedule)

-If you are driving please give yourself extra time to find parking. Parking is NOT allowed in front of my house, because all spaces are occupied. You are not on time if you are in front of my house but not parked.

-Please do not text me the same day of your appointment trying to confirm to leave your house, I'm usually busy with a client or personal matters and I can't always text back. If I don't contact you about rescheduling or a cancellation then your appointment is still on.

-When you arrive TEXT me on Instagram, do not call me on Instagram or anywhere else please.
